How to Contact Us

For your convenience, to send an e-mail to us, simply click
on our e-mail address.

We can normally respond to e-mail
inquiries within one hour during normal business hours (Mon -
Fri 8 am - 5 pm, Sat 9 am - 1 pm CST).
Our 800 numbers are included
on all customer correspondence, e-mail order confirmations, shopping
cart invoices, printed invoices, and with all order shipments.
This allows our customers to contact us as needed.
We no longer publish our 800
numbers on the web site. We originally listed the phone
number information on the web site and we were swamped with miscellaneous
phone calls that required us to add additional staff and phone
lines to handle the many inquiries. It quickly became obvious
that the inquiries were questions that could easily be handled
via e-mail and the large volume of calls were actually detracting
from us providing prompt service to our customers. After
discussions with many of our customers, several staff meetings
and much analysis, we removed the 800 phone numbers from the
web site to reserve them for specific use by our regular customers.
We are sorry for this inconvenience, however, we respond quickly
to e-mails and this allows us to provide the best possible service
to our regular customers. |

Walk-In Sales
AmeriGlas has a 10,000 sq. ft.
warehouse located near 90th & Maple in Omaha, Nebraska.
Since Omaha is physically located in the center of the U.S.,
delivery times are only 1 to 4 business days to nearly any part
of the country. We do not have a formal showroom area and
insurance restrictions strictly prohibit customers from visiting
our warehouse.
Due to
insurance restrictions, customer visits and walk-in sales are
strictly prohibited. |
