Dry Steel Wheel
Glass Cutter
A basic dry wheel cutter with
a steel cutting wheel is designed for craftsmen who prefer inexpensive
cutters for short-term use. The "Gold-Tip" Fletcher
brand cutter with ball end is for pattern and general purpose
cutting. The steel cutting wheel has a 120 degree hole
angle. Note: Dry wheel cutters do not apply oil
while cutting, however they are normally dipped in a fine grade
oil before each use to lubricate the score.

The compact machine makes cutting
glass a breeze by accurately scoring the glass. You can
even cut glass while sitting down! Machine produces easy
accurate scores with no hand fatigue. The carbide cutting
wheel exerts constant, adjustable pressure allowing you to concentrate
on guiding the cutter. Plus, the hand-operated drive wheel
lets you control the speed of your score. After 'scoring'
the glass, you must break the glass to finish the cutting process.
The Score-1 machine by Inland comes complete with instructions.

lubricant is specially formulated for self oiling cutters
and for easy clean-up, 4 oz. Standard oil based cutting

We use the standard cutting oil - we feel that it flows better
in the cutters and provides much better lubrication to the cutting
wheel in addition to being less expensive.
